How can I send additional files for a digital issues?

There are a number of files that may be needed to complete a digital edition, including digital-only pages, data files for catalogs, banner ads, or media files.

These files can be attached directly to a request ticket using the Add File link at the bottom of the submission dialog, or uploaded via Insite to your Editions_CLIENT job.

If you prefer to send your files via Insite and you do not already have an Editions_CLIENT job in your Insite dashboard, please contact us to have one created for you.

Please do not email digital files to your production manager. If you have trouble uploading files to the portal or Insite, contact your production manager.

The Editions_CLIENT Insite job should only be used for digital-only files; never for print PDFs. As well, digital-only files should never be uploaded to a standard Fry print job.
